Kliklok supplies biscuit cartoning line to Denmark

Kliklok Woodman is about to install one of their SFR end load cartoners to Danish biscuit company Ripensa. Due to increased production, this new machine is to replace their Kliklok K100 model which has been running efficiently for many years.
The SFR was recommended & chosen for its short footprint, patented rotary carton feeder, and its robust stainless steel construction, plus the benefit of easy and repeatable size change for future production requirements.
The machine's modular design concept allows the ability to accept a variety of infeed options - from hand load to automatic 'smart-belt' infeed, which automatically times products arriving in a random queue. Ripensa chose a hand-load infeed, so the operator places the product, two flow-wrapped trays of biscuits, into the extended open flight infeed conveyor of the SFR which then cartons the twin pack at up to 120 cpm.
The SFR's efficient footprint is almost 25% shorter and narrower than competitive systems, and combines high floor clearance with inner sloping plates for easy machine access and cleaning.
