Kliklok Supplies Compact Cartoner to Norway

Norwegian ice cream maker Hennig Olsen called upon Kliklok to supply a cartoning solution to pack their new luxury chocolate-covered ice cream bars.
The requirement was for a 50 carton per minute machine, in a very tight factory space, and on a very short lead time to be ready in the shops for product launch in April.
Kliklok were able to comply with all these requirements - by supplying and installing their CCI end load cartoner, 6" pitch version. The machine was customised with Siemens control system and built with a special transit castors mounted on the machine sub frame to enable easy movement around the restricted factory space.
This compact intermittent machine provided Hennig Olsen with a cost-effective automatic solution - the only end load cartoner capable of 50 cartons per minute at this footprint.
