Dairy
The dairy industry requires a higher level of machine specification and sanitation than many industries. The dairy industry is constantly evolving with new products and packaging spurred by consumer trends. Kliklok-Woodman has developed special machines for both these realities. Our vertical-form-fill-seal machines are a leading choice for cheese packaging in re-closeable “zipper” pouches and our Certiwrap wraparound machines are favored for margarine and yogurt packaging. At the end of the line, Kliklok-Woodman offers automated “trolley loaders” to load milk containers into returnable display racks - reducing labor and improving distribution efficiency for the dairy producer.

They are carefully engineered to faithfully match specific application requirements based on exact speed and size-range requirements. Customized solutions from a wide range of endload cartoner options insure proven performance.

Trolley Loaders
A family of automatic trolley loading machinery designed to collate bottles (or other products) and load them automatically into shelved trolleys (rolled containers). There are versions available either to manually feed trolleys into the machine for loading or to take trolleys automatically from a feed conveyor. Additional equipment like layer pad inserters, automatic trolley feed units, trolley feed conveyors, trolley lowerators and bottle turning units are available. The Series TL machines are capable of speeds in excess of 300 bpm with minimal downtime for product or size changeovers.

VFFS
Kliklok-Woodman is a leading supplier of vertical-form-fill-seal systems to the snack food, bakery, confectionery, and frozen food industries. The breadth of our current product line and the steady pace of our ongoing innovations allow us to match a complete range of bagmakers with the right filling system.

Wraparound
Kliklok-Woodman’s “Certipak” cartoners were pioneers in wraparound cartoning — a technique which uses less materials without reducing any of the billboard effect. Today, this economical, innovative and more-popular-by-the day package style is not a focus for most manufacturers. Our role as one of the original developers in this arena has allowed us to be involved with many different applications. And we offer multiple machines to handle everything from single-component packages to stacked and multiple-component packaging.
